Flourish Baton is a highly skilled and dedicated baton twirling team known for their precision, athleticism, and creativity. The team is composed of talented baton twirlers ages 5-25 who come together to showcase their their talent and passion for the sport of twirling! 

Flourish is based in Apex, North Carolina and has performed at a wide range of events, including local parades and competitions. The team is known for their dynamic choreography, which combines intricate baton twirling moves with elements of dance, gymnastics, and other performance arts.

In addition to their competitive performances, Flourish Baton also offers training and coaching services for aspiring baton twirlers of all levels. The team's experienced coaches provide personalized instruction and guidance to help students improve their skills, build confidence, and reach their full potential as baton twirlers.

Owner and Head Coach Lauren Taylor Nogle has twirled for over 25 years in DMA, NBTA and USTA organizations.
